A View of the Prairie

On the weekend of February 7-9, the McNeese State University Forensics team took a small competing squad to Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, TX.  Three students competed in the two-day swing and all three earned competitive honors the second day of competition.

Morgan Authement placed 7th in Impromptu Speaking.

Cyrus Vidrine placed 4th in Program of Oral Interpretation.

Stephen Doerfler II placed 3rd in Extemporaneous Speaking.

The team looks forward to a trip to the west coast this weekend.  They will be competing in the Western States Tournament at California State university, Long Beach.
